I was extremely proud of our team today. We played three 3A teams... each of them had around 20 players.
Our first game was against St. Agnes who we scrimmaged earlier this week. We ended the first half on the 1 yard line, up 9-0. We let up in the 2nd half, letting St. Agnes tie us in the final minute... and that is how the game ended.
Game 2 was against St. Andrew and we started off strong and never looked back, winning 41-0.
Game 3 was on the main field at Trinity against St. Mary... a perennial 7 on 7 team, and they showed it today. We gave them a tough challenge, but we didn't end on the winning side.
Though it was hot out all afternoon, our players were always driving! We can't wait for our regular season to start up on the 26th!!
