Head Coach - Rob Rhodes Rob is entering his first year as head coach of the 7th/8th grade football program after being an assistant coach for the 5th/6th grade team for three years. Rob and his wife Yvette, have been members of the St. Aloysius Parish since 1999. Rob graduated from Jeffersontown High School and the University of Louisville. Rob is entering his first year as head coach of the 7th/8th grade football program after being an assistant coach for the 5th/6th grade team for three years. Rob and his wife Yvette, have been members of the St. Aloysius Parish since 1999. Rob graduated from Jeffersontown High School and the University of Louisville. For the past 12 years he has head coached the St. Aloysius 7th / 8th and 5th / 6th grade boys basketball.
Kevin enters his first year as the football coordinator and first as an assistant for the 7th/8th grade. He was the head coach of the 5th / 6th grade team for three years. Kevin and his wife, Mary Beth, have four children (Hayley, Matthew, Andrew and Ben). They moved back to Louisville and joined St. Aloysius parish in 2007. Kevin played football for St. Xavier High School and Murray State University. Kevin has been an assistant coach for a number of teams over the last 18 years, including St. Aloysius and Ascension where they won the 5th / 6th grade Toy Bowl three years in a row.
Rick enters his fourth year as an assistant coach. Rick and his wife, Colleen, have two sons (Andrew and Joseph). They have been members of parish for 14 years. Rick graduated from Manual High School and Spalding University. He played youth baseball and has been coaching St. Aloysius Flag Football for 4 years, Lyndon Baseball for 5 years and Upwards Basketball for 2 years.
Jeff enters his fourth year as a football coach. He has previously coached basketball and baseball teams. Jeff attended St.Xavier high School were he played football and baseball. Jeff also attended U of L and is a US Army veteran. He and his wife Amelia have been with the parish for 9 years and have a son Dalton.
Entering his 12th year coaching at St. Aloysius beginning with 3rd and 4th flag head coach for two years. His last 9 years as an assistant with the 7th / 8th grade team. Before that, 2 years coaching at Lyndon Recreation. Tim and family (wife and 4 boys) have been members of the parish for 22 years. Playing experience highlight... still holds the CSAA record for most bench splinters collected during a football season. (Tim said we could leave this off, but we didn't :-) )
Mark has had the honor of entering his sixth year in coaching this team of boys beginning with their third-grade flag team and last years fourth-grade tackle team. Mark with his three children, Darby, Hays, and Maggie have been active members of the parish for over 10 years. He attended and played football for Ballard High School and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University. Mark also coached many of these boys in the 4th-6th grade soccer team this year and also participated in the SportsLeader coach training.
